The FundMAX Process

Fundmax is a fundraising tool for groups to raise money by referring people to sell their property through the participating Fundmax Real Estate company.

How do we become involved in the Fundmax program?
Register your fundraising group with Fundmax. You can do this via the website or email the Fundmax authorised Real Estate company for your area.

How do we make referrals?
You can make referrals on the website. The referral gets sent to the Real Estate company for the area. A Real Estate agent will then make contact with the person selling their property. You can also email, or phone the participating Real Estate company or your chosen Real estate agent from that company, with your referral information.

Does it cost the Fundraising group to be involved in the Fundmax program? No, not one cent.

Who can make a referral?
Anyone can make a referral to a Fundmax authorised Real Estate Company, and anyone can designate which fundraising group will receive the $500. Fundraising groups are advised to spread the word to all their friends, family, work colleagues and acquaintances to make the most of the Fundmax program.

When do I nominate the listing to go through the Fundmax program?
You need to mention to the Real Estate company that you would like the listing to go through the Fundmax program prior to the Exclusive listing form being signed.

Can I promote the Fundmax program in our newsletters, and other mediums we use for communications?
Yes, most definitely, and this is an excellent way of making the most of the Fundmax program. Fundmax can prepare the advert for you, which must include the Fundmax logo, and the logo of the participating Real Estate company.

Do we need to fill in copious amounts of paper work outlining what we are going to use the money for, dates of events and hand in receipts etc?
No, your group has enough to do in aiming to achieve your goals without trivial paper work. All you need to do is register with Fundmax on the single page form, website or by phone.

Is there a limit as to how much money we can raise for our organisation?
No way, the more referrals you make that result in sales, the more money you earn for your group.

Is there a time limit on how long we can fundraise using the Fundmax program? No time limit whatsoever.... As long as you are wanting to fundraise you can utilize the Fundmax program.
